Kathy Stewart, Esq

Kathy Stewart is a distinguished attorney with over a decade of legal experience, specializing in a wide range of legal disciplines including technology, corporate law, and workers' compensation.

She currently serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at DXC Technology in Atlanta, GA, where she advises on complex legal matters related to technology, managed services, and business process outsourcing. Kathy's role involves negotiating high-value contracts, managing a team of legal professionals, and overseeing critical company mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining DXC Technology, Kathy represented Fortune 500 corporations in workers' compensation defense litigation at Drew, Eckl, & Farnham. Her extensive experience also includes managing a significant caseload of workers' compensation and social security disability cases at Oxner + Permar, PLLC, where she demonstrated her expertise in legal negotiation and litigation.

Kathy has a robust academic background, holding a Master of Business Administration from Mercer University, a Master of Laws in Transactional Practice from Emory University School of Law, and a Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law. She is admitted to the Bar in both North Carolina and Georgia.
