Deborah Mulowayi is a highly skilled public health professional with over five years of experience in health promotion, clinical operations, and community outreach. Holding a Master’s in Public Health and a Bachelor’s in Medicine and Surgery, Deborah combines strong academic credentials with extensive hands-on experience across diverse healthcare environments, including public health agencies, hospitals, and non-profit organizations.

Her career has been dedicated to improving community health, reducing preventable conditions, and enhancing access to care. With a solid foundation in clinical practice, she brings both medical expertise and a commitment to health equity to her work, focusing on the delivery of high-quality healthcare services and the improvement of patient care and community health outcomes.

Currently serving as Program Manager at SisterLove Inc., Deborah leads the Healthy Love Experience (HLE) program, overseeing HIV/STI testing, data reporting, and community outreach initiatives. She is responsible for designing and implementing strategies to advance community health, including organizing mobile testing events and disseminating educational materials related to HIV, STIs, and sexual and reproductive health.

Deborah’s proficiency in data aggregation and analysis has been instrumental in optimizing program outcomes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Additionally, she works closely with community stakeholders and healthcare providers to strengthen partnerships and improve access to critical health services.
